GPD Global will be exhibiting a new development in high speed dispensing, the NCM.  High speed, Non Contact Metering moves to new levels with a Piezo electric driven valve capable of ejecting 100’s of drops per second.  The dispense technology works well with SMT glue, and other fluid materials.  The valve may be integrated into any of GPD Globals Max and DS Series dispense platforms, existing or new.  When interfaced with a MiniMax system an SMT Adhesive process can reach throughputs in excessive of 40k dph, even while covering a full range of components.  Other features of the valve include an integrated material heater, precision ceramic nozzle, level detect and shot counter to determine maintenance intervals.

GPD Global announces the TMax table top dispense system in Europe.  This impressive system has a large workarea of 406mm x 508mm x 152mm and can accept nearly all of GPD’s dispense valves.  The system is programmed through our FreeFLO software that physically interfaces with the user for many of the programming functions.

During Productronica GPD Global will demonstrate MicroVolume solder paste dispensing using the MicroDot valve and high speed Surface Mount Adhesive with the unique NCM. www.gpd–global.com
