Sono-Tek Corporation will introduce EZ-Flux ultrasonic reciprocating spray fluxing system, an economical ultrasonic spray fluxing system designed on a reciprocating platform. The ultrasonic atomization module in EZ-Flux uses a high-impact flux transfer system for maximizing topside fill.

The system is easily integrated into all major wave solder machines and is compatible with all PCB fluxes, including fluxes that contain rosin (often used in lead-free manufacturing).
