Specialty Coating Systems is pleased to introduce its new SCS Precisioncoat spray coating and dispense system and its new fully articulated RTV system.  SCS will also exhibit the SCS Precision IRT cure oven, Ionograph SMD IV ionic contamination test system and the company’s world-leading Parylene coating services and technologies.

The new SCS Precisioncoat precisely applies a variety of solvent-based, water-based and 100-percent solids coatings to printed circuit assemblies, medical devices and other substrates with maximum accuracy and functionality. The Precisioncoat features three to five axes coating application including X-, Y- and Z-axes and dual-tilt spray heads. The system is controlled and operated by proprietary SCS software on a Windows XP® operating platform with a point-and-click user interface.

The SCS Ionograph SMD IV ionic contamination test system is the newest in the SCS cleanliness testing series - the industry standard for ionic contamination testing. The Ionograph uses an ultra-pure alcohol/water extraction media and a dynamic testing method to test components quickly and without destruction and is the first ionic contamination testing system in the industry to be ETL certified and equipped with Bluetooth® technology - cutting-edge technology that enables short-range wireless connections. www.scscoatings.com
