Elektrobit Group is expanding its commitment to global customer support with the launch of Elektrobit da Amazonia, a new Brazilian office located in Manaus. In addition, Mr. Carlos Gentil has been appointed to the position of Managing Director for EBdaA's Brazilian operations. Mr. Gentil will be responsible for directing daily operations in Manaus, including pre and post sales services and support. The new Elektrobit da Amazonia office will also provide support for all Elektrobit Group business units. 

With a population of 1.6 million, Manaus is a free zone manufacturing centre in the middle of the Amazon rainforest region. An important industrial centre for the manufacture of electrical and electronic goods in Latin America, Manaus is home to more than 400 companies with high levels of technological innovation and productivity.
