The compact Vi-1K brings affordable, high-performance bench-top inspection to the high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment found in North America. The system uses state-of-the-art precision XY motion control based on the company's in-line systems. The Vi-1K is the industry's first bench-top system to provide the same inspection capabilities as the most sophisticated in-line systems. The Vi-1K can identify component presence/absence, position and polarity lifted leads, solder bridges and tombstones, and provide OCV. Repairs can be completed without removing the board from the system.
