The IMAPS Nordic Conference is only two weeks away. 

A block of hotel rooms have been reserved for attendees of the IMAPS Nordic Conference, but hurry and get your reservation in--any rooms not reserved by August 20 will be released.

Also, register for the conference before September 1st to receive the discounted registration free.

The keynote presentation on Monday, September 18, will be given by Thomas Lewin, manager of the core unit research center at Ericsson.

On Sunday, September 17,  Chris Bailey of the University of Greenwich (UK) will hold a tutorial on  "Predicting the performance and reliability of microelectronic packaging using model tools".

On Wednesday, Charles E. Bauer of TechLead Corp. (USA) will offer the tutorial "Three dimensional semiconductor packaging & integration".
