Hotels

IPC has negotiated special rates with the Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay hotels, provided you make your reservations before February 20th. Guests reserving their rooms with Mandalay Bay will receive complimentary in-room Internet (credited at check-out), a $500 airfare voucher for a future stay, and an additional 20% off if you register for the MVP package. The $5 per night resort fee will be wiaved for guests reserving their rooms with the Luxor before February 20th.

Parking
Parking at Mandalay Bay is free. Self-parking and valet are available in the parking garage.

Shuttle
Shuttles are available at the airport with drop offs at all the major hotels. Mandalay Bay is usually the first or last drop off. Shuttles generally cost $5–$7 per person.

“Come Ride the Train”
Excalibur-Luxor-Mandalay Bay Tram
Hop this free tram, which runs between the Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay hotels. The
northbound tram starts at Mandalay Bay, stops at the Luxor and ends at the Excalibur. The shuttle runs every three to seven minutes.

Las Vegas Monorail

Cabs
Cabs are readily available but only accept cash.

Public Transportation
