    Austin American Technology (AAT) and Aqua Klean Systems (AKS) are proud to announce the successful completion of their merger, creating the world’s largest full-service electronics cleaning equipment manufacturer. The merger combines the strengths of both companies to provide an enhanced level of service to clients across various industries. AAT and AKS will be exhibiting together at Booth 4233 during the 2024 IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place April 9-11, 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.

    X-30 4.0 Fully Automatic Stencil, PCB & Misprint Cleaner: The X-30 4.0, the industry’s “smartest” cleaning equipment, fully incorporates the use of SMART I/O Link devices. It features a Vertical Format Batch Cleaning System, offering maximum chemistry flexibility for various applications.     Mega ION Cleaning System: The Mega ION uses solvents for jet under submersion cleaning and final polishing. It has a broad spectrum of applications and is capable of using several common solvents used in everyday production and vapor degreasing. This cleaning system is designed for high-reliability applications requiring product cleanliness verification (IPC ROSE Testing). It is used for final cleaning before conformal coat, encapsulation, or other sealing operations to protect electronic modules.

    T-8 TYPHOON: The T-8 features an adjustable chemical injection pump to aid in maintaining optimal chemical wash concentration. Additionally, its dynamic air blow-off design ensures a water-free chemical isolation process. With a powerful 15 HP wash pump and Aqua Klean’s proprietary nozzle configurations, the T-8 enables precise flooding and impingement on PCBs, effectively solubilizing all flux residues.
