The Groundbreaking Ceremony of Advanced System in Package Technologies (ASIP Technologies) OSAT Facility is scheduled to be held on 01.08.2026 at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
The event will be graced by Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister, in the august presence of Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu , Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & Information Technology and other distinguished dignitaries.
This ceremony marks another significant milestone under Semicon 1.0, reflecting the pace at which India is advancing its semiconductor ecosystem and strengthening its position in the global semiconductor value chain.
